How do Invisalign® aligners work?

Invisalign® clear aligners are custom-made for your teeth using 3D scanning technology.

Every two weeks you need to change to a new set of aligners as each set is shaped slightly differently to guide your teeth into alignment.

Although you’ll need to change your aligners every two weeks, you won’t need to see us for an appointment that often.

Instead, we’ll get you to come in once every four to six to weeks for your next batch of aligner trays.

The 'retail' value of the Invisalign consult at Grandis Dental is $490, but you'll get your Invisalign consult Gap Free with no out of pocket, we accept all major dental health funds. Your Invisalign consult includes in-person consultation, and x-ray for use at Grandis Dental. If you decide to proceed with Invisalign treatment, you'll get a treatment plan at the end of your consultation. If you choose to not go ahead with your treatment but would like your 3D scan or x-rays, you will need to pay a processing fee. There's no pressure, and no obligation to go ahead with treatment. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please call our office ahead of time, so we can treat other people during your scheduled time.
